Package Your Device
Carefully pack the electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technical team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
